Biographies of Key Personnel
Don Keeble
Chief Executive Officer
Don is recognized as an innovative, high-performance leader in the retail industry, with a record of achieving dramatic results under difficult, demanding circumstances.He spent 29 years with Kmart Corporation, working his way through the organization to become President of Store operations. In that capacity, Don oversaw a $12 billion operating budget, 2170 stores and 225,000 associates. He led a team that designed and successfully implemented strategic, restructuring, and expense control initiatives to bolster earnings, reposition and turn around Kmart. In addition to store operations, Don’s extensive retailing includes merchandising and new market development.
Don received an MBA from the University of Michigan, School of Business Administration, and earned a B.S.B.A. at Columbus State University, Columbus, Ga. He also attended the Harvard University Business School, Program for Top Management in Retailing.
Ernest Deyle

Ernie has 25 years of retail experience, both domestically and internationally, including operational management positions, back stage support positions in operations, merchandising, IT, loss prevention and professional consulting services. He is recognized as the industry leader in the area of shrink reduction, risk mitigation, SGA cost reduction and profit improvement.Ernie has served as the Vice President of Loss Prevention for CVS/Caremark during it’s storied financial turnaround from 2002 – 2007. Additionally, he has served the Kroger Cos, Fleming Foods/Scrivner Inc., and Homeland Stores in senior Loss Prevention, Operations, and Information Technology positions.
Ernie was the Global Leader for Profit Recovery and Sales Optimization services for Cap Gemini Ernst and Young. He also directed the shrink reduction efforts for the retail consulting practice of Arthur Andersen-Senn-Delaney.
Ernie has been Co-chair of the ILRT (Industry Loss Reduction Taskforce) 2003-2006, has served on the LPRC (Loss Prevention Research Council) committee to create a career path for up and coming LP associates, and has assisted Northern Michigan University in developing a loss prevention management bachelor's degree program – the only university in the nation offering such a degree.
Larry Foster

Larry has more than 25 years in retailing, most recently with CVS Caremark as the Director of Loss Prevention Forensic Analysis. He was responsible for the overall development, strategic direction and implementation of all loss prevention technology solutions.At CVS, Larry collaborated in the design and development of a transaction analysis module designed to isolate risk and identify predictive trends with in the business environment. He was also involved in development of return on investment models for financial budgeting and design of critical measurement methodologies used to predict performance deviations.
Prior to working for CVS Caremark, Larry worked in the professional retail consulting space with Cap Gemini Ernst and Young and Arthur Andersen-Senn Delaney, the latter involving work for clients centered on shrink reduction.
Larry’s retail career began with Wegmans Food Markets. He has an MBA from Alfred University in Alfred, New York.Renée DeWolf, CFE, CPhT

Renée has over 10 years of retail experience, including finance/treasury positions and back stage support positions in operations and loss prevention. Renee is recognized as a leader in the area of pharmaceutical diversion mitigation and loss analytics.Most recently Renée managed loss analytics at CVS/Caremark. During her tenure, she developed a pharmacy loss detection model that led to a ten-fold increase in incident identifications and cut average related losses by two-thirds.
Renée is the current President of the New England Chapter of the National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators (NADDI), a non-profit organization that facilitates cooperation between law enforcement, healthcare professionals, state regulatory agencies and pharmaceutical manufacturers in the prevention and investigation of prescription drug diversion.
Renée holds a B.S. in Accounting, and an M.B.A with a concentration in Fraud Management.
Bob Quinn

Bob has more than 25 years experience in the retail industry, most recently with CVS Caremark as the Loss Prevention Forensic Analysis Manager. Bob was responsible for the overall development, implementation and operational functionality of the company’s transaction monitoring/performance management solution. In this role, Bob managed the successive development and deployment of the following modules: POS, Rx Script, Rx Inventory, DSD and Front Store Inventory.Additionally, Bob acted as the loss prevention liaison between the field organization and customer support center users including store operations, sales audit, pharmacy operations, merchandising, treasury, and customer service as the solution was adopted and deployed throughout the organization.
Prior to joining CVS Caremark, Bob held management positions at the following prominent retail organizations: Melville Specialty Retailer (CVS Pharmacy, Thom McAn, KB Toys, and Linens n Things), Talbots and Marshall’s.
